2009: Foundation in Seoul's Tech District

Astatecs Inc. was founded in the heart of Seoul's Gangnam tech district, a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship. Our founders, visionaries from Samsung and LG, recognized the untapped potential in gaming and financial technology convergence. Starting with a modest team of 8 engineers, we began developing revolutionary payment solutions for the emerging mobile gaming market.

The initial office, located in the iconic Gangnam Finance Tower, became the birthplace of our first breakthrough: a secure micro-transaction system that would later process over $2 billion in gaming revenue.

2012: First Major Breakthrough
